Program 01
Twelve weeks of hands-on instruction in carpentry, electrical basics, drywall, safety, and trade-specific math. Designed for women and gender-expansive folks ready to enter living-wage careers in construction.
Program 02
Recommended-scale work delivered by trainees and trained crews — from grab bars and ramps to full bathroom and kitchen modifications. Sliding-scale pricing for income-qualified homeowners, market rate for everyone else.

Every dollar funds training and keeps services affordable. $50 buys a tool belt; $500 sponsors a week of training for one trainee.
